The Melissa Rotary Club will host its Veterans Day 2026 celebration on November 11 at Rotary Park, honoring all who have served our country. This meaningful gathering is an opportunity for our community to come together, show our gratitude, and recognize the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of our veterans. Our guest speaker will be Colonel Robert A. Corson, USAF Retired.
Colonel Robert A. Corson's military career includes leadership positions in fighter operations and squadron command, as well as service during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Colonel Corson served as the 1st Operations Group Commander at Langley Air Force Base and earned numerous military honors, including the Bronze Star and Air Medal. We are honored to welcome him and look forward to a special morning of remembrance, appreciation, and community fellowship as we celebrate those who have served our great nation.
