The Rotary Club of Melissa’s annual Chili Cook-off brought the community together to support Rotary International’s PolioPlus project to help eliminate polio worldwide. Proceeds supported Rotary projects focused on improving health, education, the environment, and alleviating poverty. In 2025, H-E-B sponsored the cook-off winner’s prize, allowing even more funds to be directed to Rotary’s global humanitarian efforts.

The Melissa community turned up the heat for a great cause at the annual Chili Cook-off, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Melissa.
