Members of the Melissa Rotary Club joined fellow Rotarians at the District 5810 Polio Walk to support Rotary's global mission to eradicate polio.

Governor Mike Callahan highlighted the event's fundraising goal, bringing together 7 states, 16 districts, and 444 Rotary clubs in an effort to help end polio worldwide.  Thanks to the dedication and generosity of Rotarians and supporters, along with the two-for-one matching partnership with the Gates Foundation, the event successfully reached its fundraising goal.  It was a fun and meaningful event that reminded us of the impact we can make when we work together!
