On Nov 21^st we will be visited by our District Governor, Regina Edwards. We will be doing a service project, packing Veteran Comfort Kits for our veterans at the Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham, which provides first-class long-term care for up to 160 residents, including up to 32 Alzheimer's residents.

Last week we heard from Ken Truax, a polio survivor and past president of the Melissa Rotary Club (2023-24) Ken shared about the global impact of Rotary though the Polio Plus program. Rotary has been working to eradicate polio for over 35 years, and our goal of ridding the earth of this disease is in sight.
