Join Rotary for an evening of fun and an opportunity to meet others in the community.  The Red Feather is graciously extending their Happy Hour prices until 7:30pm.  All are welcome, so please drop in for some fun and great food and fellowship.

The Texas Special Olympics Summer Games are coming up, and this is one of the most meaningful service opportunities of the year. Our athletes from across the state are preparing for an inspiring weekend of competition, and Melissa Rotary is stepping up to support them—but we need more helping hands from our community.

How Melissa Rotary Can Make an Impact

  • Creating a welcoming, encouraging environment for athletes and families
  • Bringing the Rotary spirit of service, teamwork, and compassion
  • Showing North Texas what “Service Above Self” looks like in action

Volunteer Roles

  • Wednesday 4/29 Event and Awards Set Up (All Day) most needed

  • Thursday 4/30 Event and Awards Set Up (All Day) most needed

  • Thursday 4/30 Track Support 3pm-8pm 

  • Saturday 5/2 Event Teardown 3pm-9pm

No prior experience is required—just a willingness to serve and a heart for inclusion.
