Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change.  We are an active service organization whose volunteer members work under the motto SERVICE ABOVE SELF.
From its beginning in 2010, the Melissa Rotary Club has had an impact through many service efforts in vital areas of our growing community. We do this by developing partnerships in a joint effort to strengthen the community. This includes working with individuals and many student and non-profit organizations in Melissa to coordinate service projects, as well as putting out almost 1,200 flags in Melissa six times per year.
We meet Thursdays at the Crossland Learning Center (the red building) at the Melissa ISD home office, 1904 Cooper Street, Melissa, TX 75454. Meetings are all open to the public: 7:30 a.m. the first and third Thursdays; 12 noon the second Thursday (Community Luncheon); 7:00 p.m. the fourth Thursday evening ("Rotary at Night"); No meeting the fifth Thursday.
